Double Trouble

Summary

It's truly stange. Sakura, Li, Madison, and Sakura's gurdians are out in Reedington park to track Clow Reed's presence Sakura sensed. More strangely, nothing happens and nothing strange is discovered. Since it starts to rain, the gang decided to go back home. Sakura takes Keroberos and Yue to the porch of her house in the rain. There, strange thing just happens. Keroberos can't transform back into his borrowed form. Neither can Yue. Not to mention, Eli is behind the trouble. Sakura has to take them in her room through the window without being noticed by anyone.

In Sakura's room, Keroberos tries to transform again, but he can't. Frustrated Keroberos screams that he'll never be able to go outside. Hearing Keroberos' loud voice, Tori opens the door to Sakura's room to check, scarcely when the two guardians hide behind the doorway. Sakura manages to evade his suspicion, telling him that she was practicing the speech for school. After Tori is gone, Sakura and the guradians take a sleep. Keroberos does kind of not like it that Sakura offers the bed for Yue but not to Keroberos. However, Yue sleeps in sitting position on the floor. Keroberos sleeps beside the bed like a lion.
The way Sakura evade Tori's suspicion was a little different than CCS. In CCS, Sakura pretended simply that she didn't know what to do, shouting “Donaisho!” (= I don't know what to do).

Next morning, the two guardians can't still tranform even though they retried. After eating breakfast, Sakura sees her father off out to work. When Keroberos is enjoying cookies on the couch, Sakura insists he help chores. Unfavorably to Keroberos, Sakura is too shy to Yue to ask for help. When she's vacuuming the floor, the doorbell rings. It's a delivery man who hands Sakura the baggage sent to Aiden, unfortunately when Keroberos washing dishes plays dumb in the kitchen. To the delivery man with a suspicous look, Sakura says to him that it's her brother.
In CCS, the delivery man looks suspicious because he saw Keroberos paw handing Sakura the seal. Yeah, this scene is editted out because of the difference of the customer. In Japanese customer, people seal on the receipt when receiving baggage or something.

Despite Keroberos washing dishes and doing laundry, Yue is standing by the window. Getting mad. Keroberos tries to hurl a flour bag at Yue, but Sakura gets in the way to stop him. The bag of flour falls on Keroberos himself, and he's totally covered white with the flour. She takes him to the bathroom to wash, where he suggests she use the Bubble Card because it was created for that kind of jobs. Washed with the Bubble Card, Keroberos is in a good mood. She is surprised that the mess in the kitchen has been totally cleaned up. It was Yue who tidied up the mess. She takes the delivered box out of the fridge and checks what's inside. It is a crab that gives her a brilliant idea. She calls the two guaridans to the living room, before casting a spell of the Shield Card. With the Shield Card, Keroberos and Yue finally succeeds in getting back into their borrowed form.
In CCS, Keroberos doen't like being washed with the Bubble Card since Clow Reed used to use the same card for doing laundry and washing dishes. That's why Keroberos in CCS said that Clow Reed was tactless. As a funny thing, Sakura in CC is such a tactless person because she was beginning to think she could use the Bubble Card to tidy up the mess in the ketchen.

Observing what has been going in Sakura's house which is projected in the magic circle in Eli's house, Eli is impressed that she finally finds the answer. The more people care about the thing they want to protect, the stronger the Shield Card's power becomes, he explains in chuckling.
