Kero and Sakura's Big Fight

Sakura and Li are trying to capture a Clow Card, where there's a big storm. Madison is videotaping Sakura's action.
Sakura	It's no use! I can't get in closer.
Kero	It's right, Sakura!
Sakura is struggling forward, but the strong wind pushes her back.
Sakura	Unh... Unh...
Sakura and Kero get blown backward, and they manage to hang on a tree.
Sakura&Kero	Aaah!
Besides, Li holding his sword struggling closer to the center of the storm.
Sakura	Li, no!
Kero	It's too dangerous!
Wind blows up Li by his foot, and Li flies up in the air.
Li	Uhh... uhhh!
Sakura	Oh, no!
Kero	It's right to tell that, kid!
Being swallowed into the center, Li uses his magic.
Li	Element, thunder, come to my aid. Ha!
The thunder magic explodes in the center, then the storm gets calmed.
Kero	Now, seal it, Sakura.
Sakura	Uh? Uh-hmm. I command you to return to your power confined. Storm Card.
The sealed card, at the moment Sakura tries to pick it up, flies to Li's hand who is hanging off a tree.
Sakura	Hmm...
Kero	A Clow Card always becomes the property of the person who return it to its original form. I guess the Storm Card belongs to that kid.
Li	I knew you couldn't do this.
Sakura	Huh?
Li	You don't have what it takes to capture the Cards. You don't have enough power.
Kero	What'd you say, kid?!
Madison	You'll get a Card next time, Sakura.
Sakura	Sure, I know. Heh heh heh. [Nervously]
Kero	That's too bad. She tried so hard for that one.
Sakura wearily walks off, but trips and fell into a puddle.
Sakura	Whoaaah!

Back in Sakura's room, the soaked battle costume is hang up to dry with a basin place below to collect drips of water.
Sakura	I can't believe I didn't get that card. Kero, maybe Li's right. Maybe I don't have what it takes.
Kero	Hmm... Hmmm... [Thinking]
Sakura	Huh?
Kero	Hmm...
Sakura	Hey, Kero. Are you listening? I'm talking to you. Hey! Kero!
Kero	Daah!
Sakura's scream gives Kero's ear ringing.
Kero	Daaahhh! Unh! [Hammers desk] What are you screaming at me for?! I'm trying to think up a plan to beat that Li kid here!
Sakura	Oh, I didn't know. I'm sorry. Uh, so what's your new plan?
Kero	Eh? My plan? Uhh, I totally forgot now.
Sakura	What? I was counting on you!
Kero	Well, I had a plan until you stated screaming at me!
Sakura	I was not screaming at you!
Kero	You almost broke my ears!
Sakura	Did not!
Sakura&Kero	Grrrr! Humph!
Kero	How am I supposed to think if you interrupt me other time? I need a nice quiet place to sit back to come up with a plan in pease!
Sakura	I did not interrupt you!
Kero	Did do!
Sakura	No, I didn't.
Kero	I'm telling you you did!
Sakura	Did not!
Kero	Grrr.
Sakura	And that's all there is to it. [Turns off light and gets in bed] I am going to sleep! Good night.
Kero	And I agree, learned there, too. Sakura sure can be a bossy brat.

Next morning, Aiden is fixing breakfast in the kitchen, when Sakura wakes up and opens the window.
Sakura	Yawn! Uh, what a beautiful day. I don't want still to be mad at each other any more, Kero. Huh? Where are you? Kero?
Kero	Over here. [From inside drawer]
Sakura	Huh?
Kero	Down here. Heh heh heh heh. [Pokes his head out] Heh heh heh.
Sakura	What are you doing down there?
Sakura is surprised at her drawer, which Kero has arranged like his private room.
Kero	So what do you think? I moved in here last night. It may be timing but it's pretty cozy, don't you think? Yep, I figured it was about time I got my own place, then got my stuff, you know.
Sakura	But this is... What happened to all the stuff I had in there?!
Kero	All the junks in the drawer? That's over there.
Sakura's stuffs are thrown away at the corner under the desk.
Sakura	Grrrrrrrr!
Furious Sakura takes the drawer upside down, and shakes off Kero and his stuffs.
Kero	Ugh! Uh aaah! What are you doing?
Sakura	You totally messed up my drawer!
Kero	You're so mean! I decorated the drawer all night.
Sakura	I never said you could have it.
Kero	You're a monster!
Sakura	What did you say?!
Kero	I said that you are a room wracking monster!
Sakura	Reel it, Kero!
Kero	When I've gotten my room, but then you still hadn't had me a bedroom any more!

Later on the day at school, Sakura talk to Madison about the fight from the morning.
Madison	Oh, wow. So that must be why you have been in such a bad mood on morning, huh?
Sakura	That drawer was where I keep a load of my special stuff. And he just threw it on the floor.
Madison	Oh.
Sakura	He called me a monster. He knows how much I hate that.
Madison	Oh, boy.
Sakura	Hmm.

Meanwhile, Kero still angry at Sakura doodles “Sakura is a BRAT!” on her notebook.
Kero	Ha. There! Who does she think she is, anyway?
Kero flies out of Sakura's room, and comes down into the living room, where he finds a gift wrapped on the table.
Kero	Huh? What the heck is that? It's a present. Oh, I shouldn't. Sakura's already mad at me. Hey, I'm mad at her, too!
Kero tears the wrapping of the gift.
Kero	Ha, ha! Ha! What are these? [Snuffles] It's chocolate! Yumm, yumm, not bad.

Sakura and Madison are in the schoolyard.
Sakura	I know Kero want some privacy. But he really did not wreck my drawer like that.
Madison	I'm sure he didn't mean to hurt your feelings.
Sakura	Yeah, but Madison, he called me a monster. That's not very nice.
Madison	Sounds like you both said stuff you didn't mean. But I'm sure you'll make up soon.

Sakura comes back home, and walks into the living room.
Sakura	Hmmm.
She finds the mess of the gift wrappers torn by Kero.
Sakura	Ooh. Kero ate the whole box of this chocolate. They were for my dad. Huh?
Feeling a wind blows in, Sakura noticed the window is left open, through which Kero is gone out.

Sakura eats dinner without saying a word.
Sakura	That was great.
Aiden	Hey, Sakura. You haven't seen the package I got in the mail, have you? The chocolates.
Sakura	Uh... I don't think so.
Aiden	Hmm, where'd they go?
Sakura	Well, I'm going to head for bed now. Good night, everybody.
Aiden	Night, Sakura.
Sakura	Phew...
Back in her room, Sakura finds the doodle Kero made on her notebook.
Sakura	I'm not a brat! You are! Ugh! Where did he go?

Kero is drunk on the chocolate he ate, since it was liquored chocolate. Kero was talking to the mascot aligator doll of a drug store.
Kero	See? No one understands me. You know this isn't the real me. It's... It's not easy to be this swore you ... hiccop... And I hear the stuff and I hope for and all I want is my... my own bedroom. You're a really good lister. I'm really filled I can talk to you. Yawn. OK, I'm sleepy. Hey, uh, bubby. Do you have a place to grab a quick nap, huh?
Funnily, in the direction the doll points to, there is a sofa in the garbage dump.
Kero	Right over there? Oh, that's so perfect place to sleep in on. Thanks, buddy.
Kero lies down on the sofa, covering him with a cushion, and fall into asleep.

When the day breaks, a little girl drag a garbage bag out to the spot. There she finds Kero sleeping, and takes him home.
Kero	[Sleeping] Uh, Sakura, get out of my room.
Kero wakes up and finds he is in a strange room.
Kero	Huh? Huh? Wh-where am I?
At this time, the little girl who brought Kero there came in.
Anikka	Oh, good. You're awake.
Kero	Who is that?
Anikka	Here's your breakfast. My name's Anikka. What's yours? Here.
Anikka brings a spoon of milk to Kero.
Kero	Uhh...
Anikka	You don't like milk? You are a cat, aren't you?
Kero	[Shakes head] Uh-uh, no, no.
Anikka	Huh?
Kero	Oops! Darn, I spoke.
Anikka	Ah heh heh. [Claps hands] That he's so cute. You know what. I'm gonna call you No-no.

On the other hand, Sakura is looking out the window waiting for Kero.
Sakura	You can come home any time, Kero. I left the window open for you. You're so stubborn, Kero.
Sakura walks down the stairs depressedly.
Sakura	Oh, where did you go?
Tori	Hmm?
Sakura	Um-mmm. It's nothing.
Tori	Huuuh?
Sakura	I said it's nothing, Tori.
Tori	Whatever.
Tori pat Sakura and the head, and leaves home.
Tori	See you, squirt.
Sakura	Hmm.

Kero is drinking milk Anikka brought for him.
Kero	Ahhh, hit the spot.
Mother	[From downstairs] Thanks for your help, sweetie.
Anikka	OK, I'm going upstairs.
Anikka comes back in the room.
Anikka	No-no, you drank all your milk!
Kero	Huh?
Anikka	That's a boy. What a good kid. I finished all my chores. So there's just gonna be you and me for the rest of the day. Heh.
Kero	So, her name is Anikka. But how did I get here?
Anikka	Oh, No-no. Your face is all dirty.
Kero	Ughhh.
Anikka takes Kero to the sink, and shampoos him.
Anikka	Hold still. I'm making you a bath.
Kero	Oh, water's freezing. Can you wash me with hot water, please.
Up out of the sink, Kero is blown with a hair dryer.
Anikka	There. All done. I know. You need a pretty ribbon.
Kero	So, this is gonna be ridiculous. I gotta get out of here.
Kero spots a picture of Anikka and a young man.
Anikka	That's my dad. He died a year ago.
Kero	Ugh!
Anikka	I miss him a lot, cause he used to have so much fun.
Kero	Uhh...
Anikka	But right now, you and me can be friends, right, No-no? We gonna have so much fun.
Anikka ties a red ribbon around Kero's collar.
Kero	Uhhh...

Anikka is watching a soap opera, when Kero is beside her. In the drama, the father finds his daughter who has been missing for a long time.
Father	Carol!
Daughter	Dad! You're still alive!
Father	My darling, God!
Daughter	Daddy!
Watching the drama, Anikka is crying with impression. Kero thinks it's no good that it can be remind her of her father, then he turn off the TV.
Anikka	Hey, No-no.
Kero	Uh... Uh... [Dancing] No, no, no, no-no-no-no-no.
Anikka	No-no?
Kero	No, no, no, no, no-no-no, no... [Still dancing]
Anikka	Heh heh... Aha ha ha ha ha.

Sakura and Madison are walking home together.
Madison	Kero ran away?
Sakura	I think so. But he hasn't come home since last night. Maybe he's still mad at me about the room.
Madison	I'm sure he's sorry to be mad at you as well, Sakura. Just like you are sorry now, too, right?
Sakura	You think so?
Madison	Let's go look for him. OK?
Sakura	OK.
Sakura and Madison comes to the downstown.
Madison	Wow, downtown Reedington's so big!

Sakura opens a gargage backet to check inside.

Phone rings.
Sakura	I'll get it.
At this time, Kero is faxing his whereabouts to Sakura, while Anikka takes her eyes off him.
Kero	Hurry up, hurry up. C'mon, c'mon, c'mon, c'mon, c'mon.
Sakura receives the fax from Kero, which reads “Sakura, I'm fine. I'll be in touch again. &ndash Kero.”
Tori	Who's it from?
Sakura	Uhh. It's just a friend. It's someone from school.
Tori	Oh.

Sakura is calling Madison to talk about the fax.
Madison	So, what did Kero's fax say?
Sakura	I says he's fine and he'll be in touch again soon.
Madison	What's the number that is out on it?
Sakura	Ummm.
Madison	The name or number of the sender should be top of the page.
Sakura	There it is. 5227...
Hearing Sakura's readouts, Madison inputs the number with her laptop computer.
Madison	Oh.
The computer identifies the adress where Kero sent the fax from.
Madison	So that's where you are. Hold on, Kero. We're on our way.
Sakura	Yeah.

Kero is watching TV, while Anikka is taking the dry landry in.
TV	And there's a good chance of thunder shower this evening.
Kero	How am I gonna get back home? Wonder if Sakura sees my fax yet. There has to be something else I can do?
Thinking like that deeply, Kero floats in the air before he knows it.
Kero	Daah!
Anikka	No-no, you can fly?
Kero	Daah! No-no no-no.
Anikka	That is so cool, No-no. I wish I can fly, too. I can't wait to show you off to all my friends.
Kero	Oh, boy, I'm never getting out of here now. I have to think of a plan. Huh?
Kero finds and see everything around him starts to float, even so does Anikka.
Anikka	Huh? Oh. Aha ha ha ha ha.
Kero	What is going on here?
Anikka	I can fly, I can fly. [Floating out window] Look at me, No-no. I can fly, too.
Kero	Wait a minute. You're not flying.
Then Kero can see the visible form of a Clow Card.
Kero	It's a Clow Card!
Anikka	No-no, this is fun!
Kero	Anikka, come back!
There starts a gust of wind, which sends Anikka high in the sky.
Anikka	Aaaah!
Kero	Anikka!
Anikka	No-no, help! I can't get down!
Kero is soaring steeply to rescue Anikka.
Kero	It's gotta be the Float Card. You'd better bring Anikka back!
Anikka	No-no!
Kero	Just stay calm, Anikka. I'm not gonna wait anything happen to you!
Anikka	No-no!
Kero	That's it! This card is making me mad!
Kero accelerate climing up high.
Anikka	Ohhh.
Kero	OK, this is not funny any more! Hoooooooo! Ohhh... Uh... oh... [Exhausted]
Kero is exhausted in the way, and falls with his head down. At this time, Sakura flying on her staff catches him falling.
Sakura	Kero.
Kero	Sakura, you saved me. What are you doing here?
Sakura	Madison used the fax to trace you. Looks like I'm just in time.
Kero	The Float Card. It's a pretty mean one and it loves to scare the daylights out of people. You gotta seal it quickly.
Sakura	You got it!
Sakura accelerate climing, and at the top speed she get off the staff to seal the card with the staff.
Sakura	I command you to return to your power confined. Float Card!
The Float turns back into the card, and Sakura captured it by hand. Losing control of magic, Anikka falls.
Kero	Here she comes.
Sakura	I got her.
When Sakura is ready to catch Anikka, a gust blows her aside, and Anikka falls just an inch away from Sakura's hand.
Sakura	Ah! Oh, no!
Kero	Anikka!
Kero descends at the surprising speed and get below Anikka. He catches her and tries to slow down.
Kero	Aww... No...
The kinetic energy is too much for him to slow down.
Kero	Aww... I can't stop.
Sakuran releases the Wood Card, then the wood grows down to the ground, and bouncedly, it grows back upright to be a big tree, through whose branches and leaves Anikka and Kero falls, The tree slows their descending speed down, and finally, Anikka is hung on the vines so that she feel no impact.
Anikka	Hmm, mommy. Huh? Oh, No-no, are you OK?
Kero	Uh? No-no, no-no.
Anikka	Ahhh.

Some days later, Anikka and her mother are moving out. The forwarding agency loads the furniture on the truck. Anikka's mother get in the truck.
Mother	Are you set, Anikka?
Anikka	Yeah, just a second, Mom. No-no.
Kero	Nah...
Anikka runs to Sakura and Madison, with Kero in her hand.
Anikka	Hey, guys! Do you promise to take good care of him?
Sakura	Uh-hmm.
Anikka	I'm gonna miss you, No-no. [Hand Kero to Sakura]
Sakura	Hmm. [Takes Kero]
Anikka	I wish we get a pet in our new house.
Sakura	You can come visit to Kero... I mean No-no, any time that you're lonely.
Anikka	Uh-hmm. Mom says I'll be studying in kindergarten soon, and then I'll have lots of new friends.
Madison	Sounds like fun, Anikka.
Anikka	Yeah.
Mother	Anikka, it's time to go.
Anikka	OK! Bye!
Kero	Anikka's mom is taking a new job, so she'll be able to spend a lot more time at home than now.
Anikka's truck starts to leave, Anikka waves her hand to Kero.
Anikka	No-no! Bye, No-no! I'll miss you. Bye, see you.
After seeing Anikka off, Sakura starts to talk.
Sakura	Uh, we'd better get going home now, Kero.
Kero	Oh, yeah? But who says I'm coming back with you, Sakura?
Madison	Are you still mad at Sakura?

Back in Sakura's room, Sakura shows Kero the drawer she arranged for him.
Sakura	Look.
Kero	Wow. Cool. Is this for me?
Sakura	Yeah, it's all yours. Do you like it, Kero?
Kero	Well, uh, oh, yeah... Yes, of course. It's really great.
Kero goes into the drawer and bounces on the tiny ded Sakura made.
Kero	Yeah, ha ha ha. I really love this bed!
The bed is broken.
Kero	Aw! What?
Sakura	The bed! I made that bed.
Kero	Well, I didn't do that on purpose. Maybe you just didnt make it very well.
Sakura	Ugh! You just got fato, that's all!
Kero	You, monster, I am not fat! You're just a lousy bed maker.
Sakura	That's the last time I do someting nice for you!
Kero	But it won't be, monster!
Sakura	Grrrrr!
