A girls is sleeping in her bedroom. At the midnight, a stuffed panda bear begins hopping, then all of her stuffed animals starts to jump around her room.
In a morning, Sakura, on her way to school, is rollerblading in the park.
Sakura | Morning! |
Girl A | Morning! |
Sakura skates up the slope, jump up in the air, and lands perfectly. She goes on her way through the park.
Sakura | Hey, guys! |
Girls | Hi! |
There's a new shop named Twin Bells, where Maggie, the owner, is receiving many boxes of goods from the shipping agent.
Agent | Thanks, ma'am. |
Maggie | Thank you for your help. |
The agent leaves the shop.
Maggie | Well, better get started. |
Sakura | Wow, looks like there is a new shop. |
Maggie | Oops! [Drops a box] |
Sakura | Oh! |
Sakura skates to Maggie to help her to pick the toys up.
Maggie | Oh, uh, thank you. |
Sakura | You sure have a lot of really cute stuffed toys now. Heh heh. |
Maggie | Heh heh. |
Sakura | Is your store opening today? |
Maggie | As soon as I get everything unpacked. By the way, my name is Maggie. I'm the owner. |
Sakura | I'm Sakura Avalon. |
Maggie | Well, Sakura Avalon, why don't you stop again after school. I should have everthing set up by then. |
Sakura | OK! |
When Maggie takes the topmost box from the pile, the pile collapses.
Maggie | Ohh... |
After school, Sakura is leaving the school with her friends.
Sakura | Guys, there was tons of really great stuffs. |
Madison | Wow, I can't wait to check it out! Hey, do you think she'll have any of those new camera bags in her store? |
Sakura | I'm sure she will. |
Chelsea | Let's go! |
Rita | Yeah. |
When Sakura's gang arrive at the store, the store is still full of boxes unpacked.
Chelsea | Are you sure it's opening today, Sakura? |
Sakura | Yeah, look at the sign. |
On the door is the sign that reads “OPEN.”
Madison | But, everything's still in boxes. |
Maggie is so klutz that she carries a box, trips and falls.
Maggie | Ah! Ohh... I did it again. |
Kids | Oh. |
The kids opens the door to come in.
Maggie | Come right on in. Oh, you're the girl from this morning. |
Sakura | Yeah, that's right. I brought my friends. Is everything OK? |
Maggie | Sure. Sorry there's such a mess. |
Sakura | Hey, could you uses a little help, Maggie? |
Maggie | Oh! No, I couldn't ask a customer. |
Sakura | That's OK. We're dying to see all the new things, aren't we, gang? |
Chelsea | You bet. |
Nikki | Oh, sure. |
M&R | Yeah! |
Maggie | Well, uh, thank you. |
Sakura's gang help Maggie unpack the boxes of toys. Some of them are placing the toys on the shelves, and the others sweeping the floor clean.
When everything are set, Maggie treats the girls to tea and cakes.
Maggie | Here we go. Thanks so much, girls, for all of your help. I just moved here recently, I didon't know who to ask. Help yourselves. |
Chelsea | Oh, thank you. |
Girls | Thank you. |
Maggie | You girls really didn't have enough time to look around. But while you were packing all of the boxes, did you happened to see anything you liked? |
Sakura | Yeah, tons of things! |
Chelsea | Me, too! |
Nikki | Chelsea spends every penny of her allowance for stuffed animals. |
Chelsea | I just can't help, you guys. I love collecting them. |
Rita | It's true. She has so many on her bed I didn't even know where she sleeps. |
At this moment, a box drops from the top of the pile, and a stuffed panda pops out of the box, bouncing to Chelsea. Seeing what is happening, Maggie looks scred.
Chelsea | A panda! |
Sakura | Looks like Chelsea found a new furry friend. |
Sakura's gang come to Chelsea's house, where Chelsea put the panda in the middle of her collection.
Madison | It's like as so far in here. Don't you think so, Sakura? |
Sakura | Ah, yeah. |
Rita | Hey, Chelsea, where's such a gigantic teddy bear you got for your birthday? |
Chelsea | In the living room. Come on, I'll show you. |
All the kids leaves the room. A few seconds later, they hear a sounds back in her room.
Sakura | What was that? |
Chelsea | I'll better check. |
Girls | Huh? |
Chelsea stand astounded in her room.
Sakura | Chelsea, what happened? Huh?! |
Chelsea | I don't know what happened, but my panda's gone. |
Sakura | Huh? |
Nikki | Do you think it was a burglar? |
Madison | If it was, it used this window to escape, but he must have been fast. |
Next day, during PE class, Sakura and Madison are talking about the burglar from the day before.
Sakura | Poor Chelsea. I hope they'll catch the guy soon. |
Madison | Yeah, but the burglar didn't leave any clues, not even a fingerprint. |
Meanwhile, kids are trying the boxvault in turn.
Madison | I was thinking something in this equation just doesn't add up. |
Sakura | What do you mean by that? |
Madison | Well, we had just left the room when we heard the noise. How did someone get in, steal the panda and then... |
Sakura | Get out again so quickly without being noticed? Yeah, I was wondering the same thing myself. |
Madison | It's odd. |
Sakura | Well, what else could it be, Madison? |
Madison | I really don't know. I just hope that whatever it is it doesn't have sign to come back anytime soon. |
Mr. Terada | Avalon, Avalon, you're up! |
Madison | Oh, hey, you're up. |
Sakura | Oh, coming! |
Sakura runs to the vault and cleas it in a beautiful form.
Later on that day, Sakura and Madison stop at Twin Bells on their way home.
Maggie | Hello, again. |
Mr. Terada |
Hello, there. Huh? |
Maggie | What's wrong. |
It's that Sakura and Madison find Chelsea's panda is on the shelf.
Sakura | That panda! It's Chelsea's. |
Maggie |
Hmm? Not again. [Scared] |
Sakura | Again? |
Maggie | Hmm, the same thing happed at the last shop I owned in another town. It happened over and over. So a rumor started that if you bought a stuffed toy from my store, someone would steal it and bring it back. But the criminal was never found. They accused me of doing it. Oh, maybe I should just close the shop. |
S&M | No! |
Madison | You can't Maggie. Everyone knows it wasn't you. |
Maggie | Maybe I'm just cursed. |
S&M | Ohh... |
Maggie | Ooh, this store is my life. Oh, I just don't know what to do. |
Sakura is talking to Kero about the mysterious burglar.
Kero | A Clow Card that steals stuffed animals? Now why would a Clow Card do that? They don't play with toys, you know. |
Sakura | We need you to think, Kero. Have they done anything like this before? |
Kero | No, but they all are predictable. |
Sakura | If there's a Clow Card behind this I think I'll perhaps help Maggie out. What do you say, Kero? |
Kero | Well, all right. It's worth a shot. |
Madison walks into Twin Bells; Sakura and Kero are watching how she's talking to Maggie.
Madison | Uh-ah... Maggie, the tea you made the other day was so delicious. Do you think you could teach me how to make it? |
Maggie | Of course, Madison. |
Maggie takes in back into the house.
Kero | OK, now is our chance. |
Sakura | Remember to be quiet, Kero. |
Kero | Uh, what are we looking for, again, huh? Panda, girl? |
The panda plush jumps off the shelf to hide.
Sakura | Mm-hmm. It was here this afternoon, but I don't see him now. |
Kero | [Toys with a plush cat] Uh, hey, there. Haven't we met before there, Miss Kitty? |
Meanwhile Madison has Maggie teacher how to make tea.
Maggie | The secret is to let the boiled water cool just a bit. |
Madison | Oh. |
Maggie | Well, better get back out there. |
Madison | Oh, Maggie. Did you know Sri Lanka used to be called Ceylon, That's where the name Ceylon tea comes from? |
Maggie | Oh, so the Ceylon used was a country name, you say? I wasn't aware of that, Madison. |
Madison | And, ever heard that milk tea was good for your stomach? |
Meanwhile, Sakura and Kero are looking for the panda bear among the stuffed toys in the store. In searching, accidentally Sakura hit a chair in the shin.
Sakura | Aww... |
Kero |
Hey, keep it down, so they'll hear us. I'm sensing a Clow Card, here. |
Sakura | Huh? Where is it? |
Kero | Right under us. |
Sakura crouches to see under the table; the panda is there. The panda rolls away from the table, then Sakura jumps at it barely when something jumps out of the stuffed toy.
Sakura | Ha! I got it! |
Kero | Uh, no, you don't. |
Sakura | What do you mean? |
Kero | The spirit's already switched toys, Sakura. |
Meanwhile, Madison is making a effort and keep talking to Maggie not to get back to the store.
Madison | Did you know that video editing is all digitized now? You can do everything
on a computer. All you have to do is drag and drops scenes. You can do
dissolves, renders, effects, add titles and music, all on your desktop.
I download all of my DV footages to... Sakura, if you don't hurry up, I'm going to run out of things to talk about! ... on my mom's website. |
Sakura and Kero are still checking the toys.
Kero | Oh, no! We've checked every toy here! |
Madison keeps on talking to distract Maggie.
Madison | It's really an essense to learn anyone can do it. Of course you have to have the proper programs, and an editing suite which can be kind of expensive, and the output is so much shaper. And you don't have to sacrifice quality to be a camera master. My camera is a high definition model. It cost quite a bit more but the resolution is much higher The only problem of a digital output is that anyone can't use the video, unless you use an encryption precess to take the footage. |
In the store, Sakura is groping in toy boxes.
Kero | I know there's something magical around here. |
Sakura | Well, it maybe left the store again. |
Sakura takes out a pink plush out of the box.
Kero | Oh, that's it! That's the Jump Card! |
The Jump Card rolls its eyes, the all the stuffed toys in the store fly to and fro.
Madison | The new DV cameras aren't even able to... uh? |
Maggie | Did you hear something? [Walks back in the store] |
Madison | Maggie, wait. |
Maggie sees her stuffed toys going on a rampage.
Madison | Maggie, no! |
Sakura | Huh? Uhh! Stop! |
Jump Card slips out of Sakura's hand, crashes into the window, and gets out in the street. A bunch of stuffed toys follow it. Seeing the extraordinary secene, Maggie passes out.
Madison | Maggie, oh. |
Sakura | Madison, stay with Maggie. |
Kero | I'll go with you. |
Sakura runs after the Jump Card that is making a run with the stuffed toys. Sakura jumps at the Card, but it jumps out of her vision.
Sakura | Kero, where did it go? |
Kero | There! |
Sakura | Huh? |
The stuffed toys are coalesces above Sakura and Kero, when the Jump Card lands in front of them.
Kero |
You're not getting away! Duhh! [Crushed under a huge toy] |
Sakura gets up on her feet and follows the Jump.
Sakura | Stop right there! |
Sakura jumps at the Card and seize it, however it jumps all its might to take her way too high in the night sky. The Card jumps off Sakura's head, leaving her a thousand feet up in the air, and then she starts falling with her head down.
Sakura |
O Key of Clow, power of magic, power of light. Surrender the wand,
the force ignite! Release! Fly! |
While falling, Sakura calls out the Fly Card and looks for the Jump Card from up the sky, then she can find it descending into the park.
Sakura | There you are. |
Descending through the woods, Sakura lands in the middle of the park following the Jump.
Sakura | Return to the power con- |
Jamp Card escapes. | |
Sakura | Hey! Come back! Huh? |
The Card Jump around the penguin slide too fast for Sakura to catch up.
Sakura | Wood Card, form a cage with branches to trap Jump. Release and dispel! |
The wood grows as if sorrounding the Jump Card, and its growing speed passes the Jump going up in the air. Finally the Jump Card is trapped inside the cage of wood.
Sakura | It's working. |
Besides, Kero gets out of the big plush doll that has been pressing him down.
Kero | Uh-aw... I need a vacation. Unh? |
All the stuffed toys are gathering into the park where the Jump Card is trapped.
Kero | Now what? |
Sakura hears someone in the shrubbery behind her.
Sakura | Huh? |
Madison | Sakura, have you sealed the Card, yet? |
Sakura | No, I was about to. |
Madison | I was afraid I missed it. |
Sakura | How is Maggie? |
Madison | She's fine. |
Sakura hears the noise coming from the wood cage, when Jump Card breaks it and jumps out in the air. All the stuffed toys coalesce to the Jump Card.
Madison | What's that? |
Kero | What's going on here? |
Sakura | I don't know. |
Combined with bunch of stuffed toys, the Jump Card turns into like a gigantic monster.
Madison | Huh! |
Kero | Aw, oh, big! |
The Jump Card roars. | |
Kero | Sounds like a battle horn boobing? |
The gigantic Jump Card starts to walk with thudding noise, and the kids make a run.
Sakura | Gaining on us! Keep running! |
Kero | Split up! |
Madison | It's right! |
Sakura | OK! |
Madison runs in under the tree, and Sakura in the penguin slide. The Jump Card strides after Sakura. Losing where to turn, Sakura doesn't know better than standing and facing the Jump Card roaring. Jump Card lifts its foot to stomp on Sakura.
Madison | Sakura! |
Strangely, the Jump Card gets unballanced and fell all itself, the gigantic body are disconnected into a number of stuffed toys. The Jump Card is stunned in the middle of the toys.
Sakura | Huh? |
Kero | It's stunned. Quick! Seal it! |
Sakura |
Right. Return to your power confined. Jump Card! |
The spirit sucked to the tip of the wand, and turns into its card form.
Kero | That was a great job, Sakura. |
Sakura | That was easy, Kero. |
Kero | The Jump is a real fighter, but is not the smartest Card in the book. |
Madison | Now, for the hard part. |
Sakura | What do you mean? |
Madison | Well, it's just that three of us have to take these toys back to Maggie's shop. |
Sakura | Aw. |
Kero | Ugh! |
Next day, Maggie's shop is full of customers.
Maggie | A new friend for the panda? |
Chelsea | Yeah, now it won't get lonely anymore. You know, that pnmda sure was strange. I can't believe it came back to me. |
Maggie | I guess it's finally found a home it likes. |
Madison | I don't think she knows about the Jump Card. It seems everything worked out just great. |
Sakura | Yeah, Madison You even learned how to make delicious tea, didn't you? |
Madison | Heh heh. |
Sakura | See Kero, I was right. I knew there was a Card that played with stuffed animal. |
Kero | You know, Sakura, the Jump Card did kind of look like a stuff animal. Maybe it just needed a friend. |
Sakura trips over the foot of the book rack, knock it down.
Sakura | Aw! |
Maggie | Sakura, what happened? |
Sakura | Oh, I'm so sorry. |
Kero | I kind of think as though your thing is catching. |
